What is Intercultural Communication ?
Intercultural communication is communication that occurs between people who have different cultures which are different races, ethnicities, or socioeconomics, or a combination of all these differences. Culture is a way of life that develops and is adopted by a group of people and takes place from generation to generation and with globalization, cross-cultural communication is very important because it is very useful when we visit or communicate with other people who come from other regions or countries.

1) Opening Opportunities for Cooperation with Foreign Companies
The function of intercultural communication is to provide a company with an understanding of the culture-culture of a foreign company so that the company can open opportunities for cooperation with other foreign companies.

Intercultural communication is important for work performance in companies starting from the production, distribution, and financial stages because each human resource can innovate with a different mindset.

Intercultural communication is the main key to doing business abroad. Cultural diversity influences the way messages are structured, planned, sent, received, and presented. The increasing diversity of cultures today raises a range of skills, traditions, backgrounds, experiences, insights, and attitudes.
