Communication Process Interfere by Multiple Message.

Communication is simply imparting comprehensible massage that performed by sender to receiver. In the business perspective, effective communication is extremely important and it is an obligation for every businessperson to at least understand the basic. Success or failure in communication is judged from the effectiveness of communication through communication process.
Communication as process will improve skills that develop into further effective communicators. It contains four components that include encoding, medium of transmission, decoding, and feedback. Even though it seems to be uncompilcated, it actually a complex process and can be a challenge that interfere communication process such as, multiple messages that can lead to a misunderstanding. Multiple message which faced by many employers can lead to unproductiveness. Messages that giving too much information tend to confuse employers and create uncertain attention that frequently make mistakes because of misinterpretation from each employers. Furthermore, barriers factors and distraction often disrupted the message and failed to attain the sender’s objectives. Barriers are obstacles that prevent communication proceed smoothly between sender and receiver. These include noise and distraction, competing messages, filters, and channel breakdown.
Noise and distraction include anything that interfere communication where external distraction is through it’s surroundings and internal distraction are related to brain work and emosions that prevent individual to focus on incoming transmission. Multitasking is partically the cause of communication distraction which decrease prodictivity and increase misconception.
Channel breakdowns which is refers to mass communication is simply channels that breakdown and crashed server that interrupt messages to be deliverd.
In short, we need to be more focus and aware to prevent any berriers that interfere the transmission of a message begins with the sender to the receiver.
